Cross Pendant

Every piece is fabricated after your order is placed — there is no inventory shelf. Fabrication takes about 2 weeks, then 3 to 10 business days transit from Singapore depending on destination. You receive a tracking number by email when your piece leaves the studio.

Each INVOID piece is made to order with lab-grown stones cut to your spec. We still hold a seven-day return window for change of mind: an unworn piece in its original packaging may be returned within seven days of delivery. Outbound shipping is on the studio; return shipping is on the customer. The two exceptions below — defects and sizing — remain fully covered without restocking fees.

• Change of mind — request a return within 7 days of delivery. Piece must be unworn and in original packaging. You cover return shipping; we refund to the original payment method once the piece is back at the studio.
• Defects or shipping damage — report within 14 days of delivery with photos. Studio repairs, replaces, or refunds; we pay return shipping both ways.
• Ring sizing (sgn-03 · sgn-04) — request a resize within 14 days. You cover round-trip shipping plus a SGD 50 craft fee. Once per piece.
• Pieces that have been altered by another jeweller, lost their original packaging, or arrive past the stated window are excluded.

INVOID guarantees the integrity of every solder joint, prong setting, bezel, and clasp for the lifetime of the piece, under normal daily wear. If something we built fails — a prong loosens, a bail snaps, a clasp gives way — we fix it. Email the studio with your order ID and photos; we respond within 5 business days.

• Covered — solder failures, loose prongs/bezels, clasp/bail breakage on undamaged pieces, original-stone replacement if a stone drops within 30 days of delivery
• Not covered — physical damage (impact, crushing, chemical exposure, chlorinated water, bleach), natural patina on oxidised silver, modifications by another jeweller, normal cosmetic wear
• Stone loss reported more than 30 days after delivery is treated as wear-and-tear and is excluded — inspect your piece on arrival

Lab-grown diamonds and sapphires are graded 9–10 on the Mohs hardness scale and tolerate daily life. The metalwork and the jade are softer. The rules below keep every piece looking the way it left the studio.

• Take it off before swimming, showering, sleeping, and any contact sport
• Avoid bleach, chlorinated pools, hot tubs, and salon chemicals — these dull gold and pit silver
• Clean at home with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth — no ultrasonic cleaners on the jade pendant
• Send any piece back to the studio for complimentary professional polishing once per year
