INVOID Studios is a Singapore-based handcrafted lab-grown diamond jewelry brand founded in 2026. The studio makes pieces intended as personal signals — not engagement or status symbols. Every piece is made to order and hand-forged with lab-grown stones that are chemically identical to mined diamonds.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds — the same carbon crystal structure, the same hardness (10 on the Mohs scale), graded by the same 4C criteria (cut, color, clarity, carat). The only difference is origin: grown in a controlled environment rather than extracted from the earth.
What is the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds have the same properties as mined diamonds but cost 30–70% less for equivalent carat weight. They carry no conflict-zone risk and have a lower environmental footprint. The trade-off is resale value: lab-grown diamonds have lower secondary-market prices. INVOID customers buy to wear, not to invest.
What is signal jewelry?
Signal jewelry is INVOID Studios' term for pieces worn as an expression of personal identity rather than as ceremony markers. Unlike engagement rings or status symbols, signal pieces are chosen by the wearer for themselves — worn daily on skin, not stored in a safe.
How long does it take to receive a piece from INVOID Studios?
Each INVOID Studios piece is forged after your order. Lead time is about 2 weeks for fabrication, plus 3–10 days transit depending on destination. The studio will email you when your piece leaves Singapore.
